Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SupaIntent, a B2B software service for AI visibility monitoring, prompt analysis, competitor analysis, and related workflows.

By creating an account, accessing the service, or using SupaIntent on behalf of a company, the user represents that they have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Users are responsible for account activity, access permissions, and keeping login credentials secure. SupaIntent should be notified promptly at support@supaintent.com if unauthorized access is suspected.

Users must use SupaIntent lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, or third parties.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, crawl, or probe the service except through documented product functionality.
• Do not reverse engineer, bypass access controls, test security without permission, or interfere with service integrity.
• Do not submit content that the user is not authorized to process or share through the service.

Users keep ownership of the domains, prompts, competitors, project settings, business context, and other content they submit to SupaIntent.

Users grant SupaIntent a limited right to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display user content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

SupaIntent uses AI-related systems to help generate, analyze, and summarize information. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent.

Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, marketing, or other decisions.

Paid plans, subscriptions, and card payments are processed through Stripe. Prices, billing cycles, included usage, and plan limits are shown at checkout or in the relevant order flow.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

SupaIntent may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

SupaIntent may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, fails to pay applicable fees, or uses the service in a way that may harm SupaIntent, other users, or third parties.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Certain billing, support, audit, security, and legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

SupaIntent is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the extent permitted by law, SupaIntent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
